Remember Chiyo chan from "Memoirs of geisha" ?

I went to do some research and guess what i found ? Nobu real name is Koji Yakusho Chairman is Ken Watanabe Mother is Kaori Momoi Pumpkin is Youki Kudoh and if u notice ALL OF THEM is native japanese unexpected eh..as for chiyo chan her actual name is Suzuka Ohgo n shes born on August 5, 1993. She's a native of Kanagawa. At the age of 12, she's currently attending the sixth grade at elementary school.In 2000, Suzuka signed up with Sunflower(Himawari), a theatrical company, to start her career. She debuted in "Story of a National Thief," at the Meijiza Theatre.
In 2005, She hit the big screens in Japan with "Year One in the North," alongside famous actor Ken Watanabe. In December of the same year, she made her Hollywood debut in "Memoirs of a Geisha," a Rob Marshall film. Suzuka plays Chiyo, the child role of Sayuri, the main character in "Memoirs of a Geisha."
She's currently filming her next movie, "Baltic Paradise" soon to be out this year.
Ill be sure to catch that movie .. but i dont think its as international as this current movie oh well sheesh !

Ken Watanabe, who played the role of Suzuka's father in "Year One in the North," strongly recommended Suzuka for the role of Chiyo to director Rob Marshall for "Memoirs of a Geisha."
Rob Marshall made his final decision to cast Suzuka after an online video interview. Suzuka confessed in one interview that she didn't expect to be chosen because of her poor English and that the decision came as a surprise.
In "Year One in the North," Suzuka's character was daughter to a Yoshinaga Sayuri. In the same year, in her next movie, Suzuka played Chiyo, who grows up to become Sayuri. Coincidence.
Filming "Memoirs of a Geisha" offered Suzuka her first visit to the United States as well as her first ever English acting role. The English script was read to her before each cut.
In one interview, prior to her fame on the big screens, Suzuka said that she would like to become a hospital nurse or a school nurse, but also added that at the end of her career, she'd like to be known as a great actress.

Her fame path seens like blessing from god ..pretty lucky isnt she ? well ohgo chan gambatte ill be right behide u watching urs success :) n maybe ill visit urs hospital one day lol

PS : the whole movie only her existence caught my eyes ..maybe tats the reason why i graded this movie 4/5 ? lol
